Registration terms
If you provide the wrong shipping address, you will be held 99% responsible. If you use the wrong address in any order, please contact us immediately upon discovery, but if the order has been shipped, the corrected address cannot be used.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours from confirmation of the payment, you will be entitled to a full refund.It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours, provided that it has not yet been shipped. If an order has been shipped, it's impossible for us to cancel or modify it anymore.
If you still want a refund, your customer is required to return the ordered item on it's arrival.In this case, only a partial refund covering the price of the item (s) minus the shipping cost is possible. For more details, please contact your sales manager.
Return Period
From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the goods.
Condition of merchandise: Returned merchandise must be brand new, unused and resalable and contain all original packaging and parts. We may deduct from your refund any loss of value due to your unnecessary actions. "Unnecessary actions" means any actions beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the merchandise (e.g., beyond what you did when inspecting the merchandise at a brick and mortar store). For spare parts, this means that visual inspection is allowed, but installing or attempting to install the part will be considered use, not inspection.
Return shipping costs: If you change your mind about returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged en route.
If your product is defective, damaged or incorrect
You have a 30-day rejection right: You have the legal right to reject unsatisfactory, unfit for purpose, or incorrectly described goods and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Goods damaged on arrival: Please check your order upon receipt. To ensure a quick resolution of goods damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to communicate with the courier in a timely manner and will not affect your statutory rights.
Repair or replacement: If a fault is found within 30 days to 6 months of receipt, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can apply for a full or partial refund.
Return Shipping Fees: For items confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund all reasonable return shipping fees within 2 days of receiving the item.
Returned Goods Testing: Please note that all items returned due to "defects" will be tested by our technical team. If the item is functioning properly, we will contact you directly. As the item is not a defective item, a refund does not apply under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding defective goods. We will keep the item for you and can arrange to send it back to you at your expense.
How to initiate a return
To ensure a smooth process, follow these steps:
Provide detailed information: including your original order number, a list of the products returned, and the reason (e.g., a change of heart, a defective item).
For defective items: Please provide a clear description of the defect. For items that are obviously damaged, please attach photos of the shipping box and damaged items.
Shipping Items: After your return is authorized, we will provide the shipping warehouse address with details on how and where to send the package. We are not responsible for customs duties on express returns.
Share tracking information: After shipping, please email us the tracking number of the returned package.
Refund processing
Method: The refund will be issued according to your original payment method.
Refund time: We will process your refund within 2 days of receiving the return. You will be notified by email when the refund arrives.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for "change of mind" returns:
Installed spare parts: any spare parts installed in the equipment.
Incorrect LCD installation: The LCD screen is damaged due to incorrect installation.
PLEASE NOTE: These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights. If an item is defective upon arrival, you may return it. If an item is defective after installation, we will evaluate the item to determine whether the defect is inherent in the product itself or caused by damage to the installation. It is our responsibility to prove that the defect was caused by the consumer within the first six months of delivery of the item.
2-Year warranty maintenance policy
If the item you purchased is defective within 2 years of receipt, you may be entitled to warranty service. Please contact us with pictures or videos of the defect. After confirming that it is correct, you can send the item back for repair.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, disassembly, drop, water damage or other man-made damage. In these cases, you are responsible for all return shipping and repair costs.
Customer delivery address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you find that the wrong address is used, please contact us immediately, as we will not be able to modify the order after it is shipped.
